Why does a sound stop playing unexpectedly?

If a sound stops, it may be due to your device’s background app settings, low power mode, or another app taking control of audio playback. Make sure Background App Refresh is enabled and that your device isn’t closing the app automatically.

Can I play multiple sounds at the same time?

Yes. You can combine sounds to create your own custom soundscape. Simply tap multiple sound options and adjust their volume levels to mix the perfect balance.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once downloaded, all included sounds are available without an internet connection.

Is there a sleep timer?

Yes. You can set a sleep timer to automatically stop playback after your selected time interval.

Why do I hear a small click or gap in a sound?

All sounds are carefully edited to loop seamlessly. If you experience an issue, make sure you are using the latest version of the app. If the problem continues, please contact us so we can investigate.

Troubleshooting Guide
